Duncan Baker was born on 15 November 1979 in Shrewbury, Shropshire. He attended Gresham’s School, an independent school in Holt. After graduating from Nottingham Trent University he qualified as a Chartered Accounted and worked as a finance director.
Baker is a member of the Conservative Party and his constituency is North Norfolk. He was elected Member of Parliament at the 2019 General Election. He also serves as a district councillor.
Duncan Baker is married to Nina and has two daughters, Isabelle and Eleanor. He lives with his family in Aylmerton.
Prior to 2016, Mr Baker was part of Nigel’s Farage’s Party UKIP. As a Conservative, Mr Baker has made history by being the first party representative to be an MP in North Norfolk in eighteen years.
