Mr Bill Wiggin is a British politician and Member of Parliament for the Conservative Party in the North Herefordshire Constituency. He was born on 2 February 1965 in London, England. Wiggin attended Eton College before studying Modern History and Political Science at St John’s College, Oxford.

Wiggin has served as a Member of Parliament since 2001. He was reelected in the 2019 general election with a majority of 19,949 votes.
